PARAGLIDING 101 - The art of flight

Paragliding is a form of flight using only the power of the wind. With experience, both flight time, distance travelled and altitudes achieved can be increase. Many world records were set right here in South Africa.

As long as you have the courage to be suspended in the air by the wind and glider and are older than 5 years and weigh less than 115kgs, flight is possible.
