Tandem flights are flown by SAHPA (South African Hang and Paragliding Association) approved Tandem Instructor Pilot. Tandem flights involve you being securely strapped into a comfortable flying harness positioned in front of the pilot.

Can I fly solo?
A licence course needs to be completed in order for you fly on your own.
As a certified pilot, can I rent equipment and fly solo?
Yes, go on an orientation tour with a local instructor and make the best of your flight.
Where do you Paraglide from?
As Paragliding is weather dependant, we have to be flexible and go wherever the conditions are the best on any given day.
There are a multitude of flying sites to choose from. In Cape Town, The Famous Table Mountain, Lion's Head and Signal Hill offer spectacular aerial views of the city. Sir Lowry's Pass, a short drive out of town allows you to look across False Bay towards Table Mountain and the Cape Peninsula. Further adrift, fly in the famous wine-making region of Franschhoek and Paarl or the whale watching capital seaside town of Hermanus but to mention a few.
What must I bring?
- Comfortable running / walking shoes
- Warm jacket / jumper

- Camera / Camcorder
The pilot is equipped to take photographs of you during the flight at a nominal extra charge.
